We just finished editing the photos from Berkeley’s newborn session, and couldn’t wait to share some of our favorites. We started out with Berkeley’s grandfather — who, as you can see below, is a fireman. I love the contrast created between the industrial, gritty fire gear and the sweet newborn!

Okay, I have to say something about these next two photos… Berkeley was sleeping well, and since Mark is a fitness guru, we thought it would be another great contrast to have him hold her shirtless. She started the smile a little in her sleep in this shot…

…and that little smile and squinty peek was quickly followed by this next frame.

I don’t usually share the blooper/out-take images, but this was just too funny and cute not to!

Another smile from miss Berkeley, but not to worry… she’s wearing a diaper this time.  Okay, enough potty talk… My kids would be getting onto me if they read this blog. =)

Congrats, Mark and Shasta! She’s adorable and was a dream to photograph, along with the two of you. Such a photogenic family!
