No surprises, and no slick tricks or ploys to try to get you to spend more than you really want to. We approach business asking ourselves, “What would we like to see and know as customers?” If that’s how you like to do business as well, then you’re in the right place!
As a very broad generalization, families and high-school senior sessions typically invest an average of $1800, all depending on what you’d really love to have in hand afterwards to enjoy of your beautiful portraits for years to come. Most of our best clients spend over $3000, as their discerning tastes usually include wall art and custom leather books to be passed down to and treasured by future generations.

Using a magical process of heat and pressure, your beautiful portrait images can be pressed into solid pieces of archival aluminum for the deepest, richest and most intense colors and portraits that absolutely astound viewers. Senior portrait sessions start at $150 and include the (up to) one-hour photography session, an in-person viewing of the proofs as soon as a day or two after the photoshoot where we can help pick out your favorites and show hand-selected groupings of your favorites shown as stunning portrait art for the walls, accurately sized to the inch to help with the decision-making process; a handful of the web-resolution digital portraits of the photographer’s favorites from the session; and (with your portrait order) three weeks of online gallery proofing with e-commerce so your out-of-town family and friends can view and purchase portraits, too.

Professional wall portrait art and gift portraits from your shoot may be ordered à la carte, so there’s no need to feel forced into a package. Our portraits are created with the utmost of care and printed on the highest quality materials at the nation’s top professional labs. All portraits eight inches and larger are textured and mounted for professional quality and durability. Mounting options include our industry-leading 2mm thin pH-neutral, non-porous archival backing, and our timeless, solid hardwood internal framed gallery-wrapped canvas portraits — fully archival for longevity measured in generations and even centuries, not just years.
New for 2025! Digital Art Commissioning is available for clients who for one reason or another need high-resolution digital portrait files of their portraits. Prices start at $100 per commissioned, edited digital image, printable up to 12 inches. An archival 5×7 of each image is included as our gift for these commissioned portraits.
A few incentives to consider when ordering at our in-person reveal, proofing and sales appointment after the photoshoot… Besides the time, talent and creativity we bring to every portrait session, we always include the web-res (social media sized and edited) versions of the portraits you order. These “web-res” digital portraits have our logo placed tastefully at the bottom right corner of each portrait, and are sized perfectly for sharing and enjoying online and on screens of any size. Orders over $1000 will include a complete set of the web-res social media sized proofs (a $250 value) and orders over $2000 will include the social media sized proofs and a brag booklet (a set of bound 3.5 x 5 proof prints — $325 value). We’re testing a new “Friends and Family” membership for clients with orders over $3000 (ask about it!), and guests with orders over $5500 will score the entire set of digital negatives (a USB of the high-resolution color-corrected portrait files), the web-resolution digital portrait files, and a brag booklet — a priceless value. =)

Business portraits / headshots start at $199 each or take advantage of our current special of $349 for three, fully edited in both color and our artistic B&W, and copyright-released for your personal and business use with a quick one business day turnaround. Bring a friend to make it more fun and I’ll give you both $50 off!
Commercial / business photography starts at $200-350 per hour for commissioned work, depending on the project and duration. Contact us for more information and a custom quote for your needs. Our professional gear is mobile and quick to setup/tear down, so more time is spent photographing and less time prepping for each shot. Turnaround on commercial work is typically a day or two, and sooner if needed! Half-day and full-day rates available upon request.
Photo restoration and custom editing: free quotes upon request. We prefer to image/scan your original images immediately and return them to you at the same time so you don’t ever feel at risk of losing your priceless, historic, irreplaceable and cherished portraits. No need to box them up and mail them out of state, or worse yet out of the country. Don’t risk it with strangers who don’t care about your portraits as much as you do!
