MLS Photos: The cutest little newly remodeled bungalow in OKC

It’s been a little while since I posted about real estate photography, and since it’s still slow season for our portrait work, most of our recent business has been commercial. January and February both featured big events to photograph, lots of headshots, real estate for new MLS listings, a marriage proposal one special Friday evening in Paseo, and some other advertising/commercial work.

If you want to see this charming beauty of a home in person, swing on over to 2809 NW 14th Street in OKC. Here are a few of my favorites that showcase how lovely this home turned out…

So many big, beautiful windows to let the light bathe this gorgeous interior.

Such a beautiful spa-inspired master

The home is so bright and cheery, and has a really big beautiful yard, too!

This gorgeous new remodel was a pleasure to photograph with the light, bright colors and all of the natural light pouring into the windows. I expect that it will sell really quickly, but the good news is that the same people are working on a few others that may be on the market before too long.

Professional photos can make a huge difference when it comes to generating interest and actual traffic to view your home listing. As much as I love my iPhone camera, it just doesn’t quite cut it for making the best impression to home buyers in a market with so many available options.

If I can answer any questions for you related to photographing a home for sale, I’d be delighted. We love to book MLS shoots on Thursdays so we can get the photos back to realtors and get the homes listed in time for the weekend, so keep that in mind, and reach out to me if you’re interested in learning more about our real estate photography services and pricing. We keep the pricing simple and affordable, and our turnaround on the edited, delivered photography is second to none in the OKC metro area (that I’m aware of =).

Special thanks to Monette Chain with Metro First Realty for calling on us to photograph her new listing. If you’re interested, I’d suggest calling her or your realtor pronto! =)
