Meet Chelsea — one of our 2012 graduating seniors! Getting to know Chelsea and her family at the session, I was really impressed at the strength of her personal character and determination. She faced more than her share of difficulties her senior year, but more than conquered and came through it all a stronger, better person! I have no doubt she’s going places, and it was a pleasure to have a momentary window into her life, capturing her senior portraits for her.

We actually photographed her session on one of the days that random storms blew through. Arriving at the park, the storm clouds were brewing and building, so I suggested that we head over to Starbucks where I could treat them to coffees and kill a few minutes until it blew by. Thirty minutes later, the sun was out and the weather was nicer than ever!

It often pays to keep the photo appointment despite the forecast’s gloomy prediction. =)
