We had a gorgeous October day for Alexis and Eric’s wedding at the Oklahoma Heritage Museum. We actually started out with some fun getting-ready pictures in two suites at The Skirvin.

Moving on to the reception! We just loved the way they decorated and lit the courtyard for the reception… Props to Dewey & gang from Innovative Event Solutions for the transforming lighting, making the place just gorgeous and romantic, and a pleasure to photograph!

I think the image above is my favorite detail shot of the day. Just love the lighting!

Okay, this was really cool and unusual… A Jim Dunlop guitar pic for the grooms cake! Well done, Sugar!

Cami Stinson and her band kept the dance floor busy with lots of great Standards and romantic tunes.

Lexi’s Dad & Stepmom

No need to rub your eyes… there are actually two engagement rings in there. One was a surprise on the wedding day… it belonged to Alexis’s grandmother and it was a really meaningful, nostalgic gift.

Loved this wall of yellow, orange and red light and just had to use it for some silhouette images before the night was over.
