Selling a home or know someone who is? Professional photos are such a small investment to make, but can result in huge increases of traffic to the home. It’s not uncommon for us to hear stories of homes that have been on the market for months, then within a week of professional photos being posted online, multiple offers being made and the home selling for more than it was listed for in the first place!

Here’s one we photographed this week for a realtor friend of mine, Todd Franz in Edmond. It’s just gorgeous, and I doubt it will last more than a week or two on the market with photos like these. I’ll see if I can get updates from Todd once the photos are posted so we can keep track of how much interest the photos produce and how long it takes to sell.
